| The
Wyoming Department of Health's Aging Division exists to
provide a flexible and responsive continuum of services that
enables Wyoming's older adults to age-in-place with maximum
dignity and independence.
The Aging
Division has the challenge to meet this mission in a state
that is sparsely populated, and geographically diverse.
Human services are thinly spread and often not available in
individual communities. The division gladly rises to
meet that challenge with an ever growing list of providers of
Older American Act, Medicaid, and grant-funded services.
The
Aging Division provides many services for older adults. Some
are funded through Medicaid, and the Older Americans Act,
while others are funded through grants the Division pursues.
Below are the services the Division administers. For more
information on each service, including who and where the
service is being provided, click on the name of the service.
